Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid loss or damage during transit.

  • Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving return authorization.

Inspection and Refund

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
