Aluminium Fuel Cells – Lightweight Strength with Race-Ready Features

Engineered for performance and durability, these aluminium fuel cells are constructed from 2~3 mm thick AL5052-H34 aluminium alloy, offering excellent strength without the added weight. Every unit is TIG-welded with precise welds visible at each corner for maximum integrity and leak-free operation.

These fuel cells feature a billet aluminium flush-mount, aircraft-style cap and are equipped with AN8 or AN10 pickup ports for reliable, high-flow fuel delivery. Designed with both performance and safety in mind, each model includes E85-compatible safety foam and a fuel sending unit for accurate fuel level readings.

Many models come with dual AN10 or AN12 outlet fittings, giving you the flexibility to match your fuel system setup. Installation is made easy with four sturdy mounting brackets, and the fuel cells are available in a silver or black anodised finish for corrosion resistance and a professional appearance.
